• Ethoxylation is a chemical process in which ethylene oxide is reacted in desired molar ratios with an alcohol or acid or triglyceride oils to produce surfactants. The greater the ethylene oxide (EO) content, the more water soluble is the surfactant
• Nonylphenol Ethoxylates surfactants are used where there is a need for increased surface activity, and provide excellent all-purpose detergency and wetting, as well as solubilization and emulsification.

• A silicone oil is any liquid polymerized siloxane with organic side chains. They have relatively high thermal stability. They have no odor or taste and they are non toxic. They are non-flammable in nature.

Applications :

• Silicone Oils are used across industry for varied uses. They are majorly used as Lubricants. Silicone Oils brings smoothness / silkiness to the product surface and is used as polishing / finishing agent in various processes and textile industry. Silicone Oil is also used in Mould release agents for plastics and rubber components during their manufacture and form a critical component of the process.
• Silicone Oil has an extensive role in construction industry as it is used in clays / putties and as lubricant. It is used as a hydraulic oil in aircraft as it has anti-shear properties.
• It is extensively used in manufacturing of defoamers and emulsion used in multiple industries.

We can provide Silicone Oil of various viscosities ranging from 5 CST to 300,000 CST.

• Our Silicone emulsions are inert, heat stable products. It is used for many industrial applications where glossiness, lubrication , mould release ,water repellent properties are required.
• We can also supply gel versions or 95% as concentrates and diluted with water prior to usage as this will be more cost effective for transportation.

• 2EHS is an excellent wetting agent and is used in multiple applications. It is majorly used in electrolytic cleaning of metals. 2EHS when added to the alkaline cleaning baths of metals results in effective cleaning and alkaline coating of the dipped metal thereby reducing the scumming effects during plating process. This product is also added in plating and pickling process of metals for eg. to copper plating baths to reduce the / eliminate the pitting caused by impurities. 2EHS is also used in textile industry for mercerizing of gray cotton and in bleaching processes.
• 2EHS is used in other applications including washing of fruits and vegetables, household and industrial cleaners, high speed printing and many other industrial uses.

• Turkey Red Oil (TRO) is one of the derivatives of Castor Oil. TRO easily disperses in water, has long shelf life and is known for purity. Owing to these qualities, it is highly used in the manufacturing of many industrial products and organic manures. TRO is also rich in ricinoleic acid.
• Turkey Red Oil (TRO) is an anionic surfactant; it is readily biodegradable and has excellent thickening, binding and surface properties. TRO is a viscous golden reddish liquid which is readily soluble in Water and Ethanol. TRO is compatible with a wide range of materials and is stable over a wide pH range.
• This water soluble oil retains the moisturising properties of castor oil and is therefore valuable for the production of personal care products like skin care, hair care, nail care, cosmetics and soaps.
